Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Manage the Global Medical Affairs node within the LMS
2. Upload and assign approved training courses and content on LMS site within the Medical Affairs node
3. Provide LMS support and respond to general inquiries, issues, and requests related to e-learning
4. Monitor the completion of required courses, generate completion reports, and distribute reports to the appropriate functional leads
5. In collaboration with the L&D Therapeutic Leads, conduct LMS content audits to ensure that the content is current and accurate
6. In collaboration with CQA, manages the new hire and ongoing compliance training assignments for Canada, LATAM, and the US regions
7. In collaboration with CQA, responsible for the maintenance of the user groups and curricula for Global Medical Affairs (Heme/Onc, I&I, CCT)
8. In Collaboration with the Sr. Manager, Learning Technologies, manage and maintain the L&D department website
9. Manage and maintain the MALD mailbox
10. Develop and maintain the corporate training calendar
11. Coordinate virtual training sessions including webinar and teleconference appointments, management of audiences and presenters, booking conference rooms, recording of training sessions, posting of recordings to the LMS or department website
12. Coordinate training sessions including hotel bookings, catering, restaurant reservations, and preparation/set up of training locations
13. Coordinate production of training materials with marketing/graphics
14. Capture training evaluation responses and create reports as directed by the L&D Director
15. Gather and analyze all program metrics/evaluations and summary reports; participate in on-going program improvement efforts
16. Provides general administrative and clerical support to the L&D department
17. Provides administrative support for day-to-day operations as well as individual projects, as needed
18. Responsible for scheduling, organizing, and recording all departmental meetings
19. Responsible for creating and maintaining all record keeping in accordance with record retention policies and legal requirements
20. Responsible for logistics of meetings with external development partners, including scheduling meetings and hosting the visitors
21. When applicable, shares best practices with management throughout the organization
22. Other duties related to the above within Celgene as a whole, as assigned
Qualifications
Prerequisite:
• Minimum High School degree, college degree preferred; minimum 3 to 5 years of administrative experience in a business environment
• Prior experience supporting a Medical Affairs organization
• Experience working in a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Experience in working and collaborating with cross functional teams
