Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Optimize the commercial potential of our assets through the development and implementation of strategic marketing/business plans
2. Represent the region on global project teams responsible for the overall development of our assets.
3. Develop regional brand strategies, positioning and messaging in collaboration with our partners.
4. Complete market opportunity assessments and make recommendations on indications with the most significant commercial or strategic importance for Celgene.
5. Review and validate regional sales and resource forecasts, initiate relevant market research projects to support the strategic brand planning process.
6. Develop and manage partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.
7. Provide commercial input for business development opportunities.
8. Partner with Latin America Medical Affairs lead on publication planning, IIT, KOL and Medical Education strategies.
9. Partner with Global Marketing on key projects, meetings and congresses.
Qualifications
Prerequisite:
BA/BS in Business, / Marketing and/or Science is required. Master’s degree preferred. Successful candidate should have at least 10 years industry experience with 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably with at least 5 years of oncology marketing experience. Hematology marketing experience strongly desirable. Sales/other commercial/analytical background preferred. . Fluency in English is mandatory. Spanish mandatory and Portuguese is highly preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to lead strategically, cross functionally and drive performance.
- Proven track record of building strategic marketing plans (pre- and post-launch)
- Experience in delivering complex messages to various internal and external customers with a track record of effective presentations.

- Strong project/process management skills combined with managing multiple tasks/effective prioritization.
- Must be able to conceptualize and articulate a vision that energizes all functional areas and stakeholders.
