Duties and responsibilities
- Accounting Close: Responsible for the preparation of various portions of the accounting close.
- Balance Sheet Accounts: Responsible for the preparation of various reconciliations of balance sheet accounts as well as flux analysis including but not limited to capital related areas.
- P&L Analysis: Analysis of various P&L related accounts and flux analysis.
- Financial Analysis: Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
- Audit Support: Ability to disseminate information to both internal and external auditors
- Special Projects: Work with multi-discipline teams on various special projects.
- Prepares asset, liability & P&L entries by analyzing data & sub-ledger account activities.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounts, reviewing capital appropriation requests and corporate policies.

Technical Skills:
- Experience with Excel, Access, Power Point strongly desired.
- 1-3 years experience. Pharmaceutical experience a plus.
- Experience with Oracle or another ERP system and Business Objects or Oracle Business Intelligence strongly desired.
