Responsibilities:

• Ensure high quality and timely verification of expense reports in line with process documentation

• Ensure high quality of additional tasks related to country specific regulations

• Suggest corrective actions to operational issues

• Identify process improvement needs and implement improvement projects

Qualifications:

• Very good command of English, both oral and written
• Knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Excel)
• Good team player
• Good communication skills
• Strong customer orientation
• Experience in a Call Center will be an advantage
