Main tasks on this position:

• Pull the Infrastructure prior month GL data using BW and load it into and update the Cost Allocation model for the current close
• Consolidate the four Service Provide model results and load the summary file for data review and confirmation
• Prepare the Infrastructure distribution database and associated pivot table to be sent to the Bangalore team for billing.
• Pull the Toner Marketing prior month GL data using BW and load it into the billing model along with the latest ROVAC percentages
• Pull the Stewardship prior month GL data using BW and load it into and update the Stewardship model for the current close
• Load the Cost Allocation Stewardship data into the Stewardship model for confirmation of the results.
• Prepare the Stewardship pivot tables for the Tax organization and the Non-US billing information for the Bangalore team
• Prepare the MIB re-class transactions for the Bangalore team
• Monthly review the Third Party Royalty model along with any quarterly Gross Trade Revenue driver updates
• Preparation of the quarterly 401k billings for the Bangalore team
• Manage the Gladiator Records Retention efforts including the monthly load
• Have ownership for the Gladiator Master Data including the MRU Codes and LH and legacy locations used for the billings globally
• Support the CA Automation efforts using Anaplan
• Perform and support audit and general ad hoc research and analysis

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Al least 5 years experience
• Clear understanding of legal entity accounting and company accounting
• Excellent Excel skills
• Fluency in English
