Requirements

• Experience in the Customer Service delivery in outsourcing environment
• Experience in the HR service delivery is an advantege
• Experience in cooperation with transition projects is an advantage
• Very good communication skills
• Very good client facing skills
• Strong people management skills
• Very good command of spoken and written English is a must
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong problem solving skills
• Able to work to tight deadlines in a very dynamic environment
