Job description
Provide professional administrative support to employees. Follow Global and Internal procedures & policies, keep deadlines, maintain good relationship with clients, cooperate with service providers, keep high quality of services.
- Office site control (repairs, renovation and rearragement works)
- Managing moves
- Work with multiple tasks and deadlines
- Make day- to-day -operational office decisions
- Effectively communicate with suppliers and team members
- Cooperate with landlord representatives and other service providers
- Overseeing company car park
- Overseeing entry cards
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of English (B2 level)
- Experience in Administration area (Property management, other administrative functions)
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Flexibility
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Very good customer service skills and client-focus attitude
