Job description

Provide professional administrative support to employees. Follow Global and Internal procedures & policies, keep deadlines, maintain good relationship with clients, cooperate with service providers, keep high quality of services.

  • Office site control (repairs, renovation and rearragement works)
  • Managing moves
  • Work with multiple tasks and deadlines 
  • Make day- to-day -operational office decisions
  • Effectively communicate with suppliers and team members
  • Cooperate with landlord representatives and other service providers
  • Overseeing company car park
  • Overseeing entry cards

Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of English (B2 level)
  • Experience in Administration area (Property management, other administrative functions)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Flexibility
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Very good customer service skills and client-focus attitude
