Basic Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to match driver needs with customer requirements. 

- Reliability, strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team play required to ensure customer and company satisfaction. 

- One year of truck dispatch preferred.  

- Intermodal experience a plus.
