Researching and recommending mutual funds consisting of stocks, bonds, and alternative investments
Developing additional processes and supervising a group of about ten individuals who perform investment functions in addition to their other firm tasks
Being available to contribute to financial planning research and firm capital expenditure analyses such as purchase of other companies
Manage the firm’s portfolio models efficiently in an up to date manner
Act as a resource to advisors in answering client related investment queries
Qualifications
Experience in performing investment functions
Highly developed analytical skills and an inquisitive mind
A structured self-starter
An ability to think in a contrary way and support the thesis
Strong SAT scores in both math and verbal
A CFA, CFP, MBA, and or a PhD level background are a plus
Mathematical, statistical, programing and academic research activities are also a plus
