Position Qualifications Qualified candidates will possess an active State of California LCSW license/MSW, a minimum of one year of experience in a hospice program, a current driver’s license, and reliable transportation. This is a great opportunity for a social worker with excellent communication, organization, and computer skills who can provide exceptional professional services. The ideal candidate will be adept at working independently within a highly collaborative interdisciplinary staff.
