Senior Manager - Workforce Management (m/f) - Work in Germany

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guiding HR Business Partners in decisions related to Strategic Workforce Management (SWM) projects
• Challenging the business to identify critical capabilities
• Preparing simulation scenarios for gap analysis and gap closing options based on SWM tools
• Setting up a data base for workforce simulations
• Cooperation with relevant stakeholders to ensure correct and high quality data management and collection according to SWM planning design
• Supporting the HR Business Partners in impact discussions with high ranking business leaders to derive clear options from complex simulation
• Integration of a mid-to-long term planning approach for aligning HR and people strategies with business strategies
• Enabling HR Business Partners to create and implement concrete workforce action plans
• Supporting the GPO by providing input for optimizing the SWM approach, data and tools, based on best practice exchange (incl. feedback from business and external research)
• Training of HR Business Partners on Strategic Workforce Management
• Leading improvements for IT enablement
REQUIREMENTS
• University degree with focus on strategic scenario analysis and with extensive use of complex data
• Several years of HR experience with focus on strategy design, SWM or workforce analytics skills
• Extensive knowledge about SWM approach and methodology
• Profound knowledge about handling of SWM tools and related management of data
• Expertise with HR data, data models, statistics and interrelations regarding demand models and workforce scenarios
• In-depth knowledge of possible planning design and workforce action scenarios to close workforce gaps, based on a good understanding of demand and supply models
• General knowledge on HR competencies such as labour law, compensation & benefits, talent management, organizational design and change management
• Extensive experience in multidisciplinary project- and corresponding change management including ability to act pragmatically in a complex environment
• Customer and service orientated approach
• Ability to translate complex data analysis into business relevant options
• Knowledge about legal employment conditions and Group HR policies
• In-depth knowledge of the BayerGroup organization and processes
• English language should be fluent in spoken and written, further languages appreciated.
