TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1, Maintain customer price information in system and timely distribute the Target Price and exchange rate to sales team
2, Consolidate and verify forecast from sales team, timely input forecast data to system and communicate with relevant internal Departments for forecast update
3, work as the contact window of sales contract management and follow up internal procedures
4, Market/customer analysis
5, Inventory control
6, Sale activity support and other administration work
7, support E-business
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Master or Bachelor degree.
-At least 2-year relevant experience in sales support relevant work, preferably in Chemical industry.
-Excellent in both oral & written English, fully competent in use of MS Office, esp. Excel and PPT
-Be able to prioritize workload quickly and effectively
-Skills on the data consolidation and analysis
-Self-motivated, good team-player, with initiative and an open and collaborative working style.
