TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the management of Business Intelligence Application "COSMOS" of the company, the application service, enhancement management and integration management

• Steering the global IT service provision to meet defined service level in incident- and problem management, change management and service request management

• Responsible for provision of the services across locations for the company in accordance with the framework for IT as well as the compliance and quality guidelines in Bayer Business Services

• Accountable for outsourcing and offshoring of tasks of the global SAP application service and for the optimization and cost reduction of the service provision processes

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in information science, business administration or an equivalent qualification

• Profound knowledge and experience of application management and development service for SAP Business Intelligence Applications (incl. ABAP-OO)

• Profound knowledge and experience of IT service processes and tools

• Sound business knowledge in the area of financial closing and intercompany profit elimination

• Good analytical, technical and communication skills as well as a customer focus

• Being open-minded and challenging the status quo

• Fluent communication skills in German and English
