Major tasks:
- Lead translation of the existing global brand strategies
- Optimize local portfolio
- Assure an optimal information flow between the key internal stakeholders
- Supervise the P&I budget of the marketing team
- Lead and develop a team of brand managers
- Initiate and supervise local market research
Your qualifications
• Marketing specialist, Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
• Minimum 6 years of experience in OTC or FMCG marketing with solid track record of success. Required experience in (preferably several) country marketing operations. International experience and previous category experience are highly desirable
• High leadership qualities, strong interpersonal skills and empowerment capacity
• Must be a team player with a global mindset
• German and English is a must, French beneficial
