TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and guide sustainability assessments of technologies and products for the company and external customers addressing a broad spectrum of value chains

• Deliver consulting projects on state of the art sustainability assessment methodology and related the company's needs

• Develop and acquire major customer projects (internal & external) on executive level

• Support strategic portfolio steering and major investment decisions in subgroups

• Develop sustainability assessment and consulting methods and tools

• Build internal and external networks and communities to advance methods and tools and grow impact of consulting services

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in sciences or technology (PhD preferable)

• Solid experience in economics, ecology, business development, R&D and operations

• Strong international consulting background

• Strategic thinker (m/f) with broad experience in relevant industry sectors, e.g. agriculture, health care, consumer care and life science

• Ability to judge in a highly uncertain environment (cross-industry, multidisciplinary, strategic)

• Experience in developing customer base

• High ability to solve problems and to structure and simplify complex tasks

• Experience in leading people and work effectively within a matrix organization

• Very good communication and analytical skills

• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
