TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-To provide technical support to the sales force and customers.

-To help customer to trouble shooting problem and handle complaints when using our product

-To work with customer on new project and have our product specified

-To develop new application using our product with customers

-To identify new potential customer and introduce our product to them

-To work closely with the sales force to ensure set objectives are met.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5years technical working in plastics injection molding area with good experience of injection molding parameters adjustment

• Good knowledge in thermoplastics, especially for polycarbonate and its blends

• Fluency in spoken / written English and Mandarin

• Bachelor Degree in technical or chemical discipline

• Creativity/Initiative and implement of sales strategies and plan

• Sound knowledge in customers, applications and processes

• Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with internally and externally
