Requirements:

• At least 2 years leadership experience (preferably in a luxury goods environment);
• A proven track record in women’s wear sales, in a sales and customer-service related role;
• The confidence to lead the team to maintain KPI’s and be proactive with clients;
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal;
• Immaculate presentation;
• A professional attitude and the confidence to interact with exclusive clientele;
• A strong eye for detail;
• The ability to problem solve and multi-task;
• Ability to work full time (38 hours) over a 7 day rotating roster.
