Responsibilities: 
• Lead technical projects related to the new development of plastic films for a specific market or customer. 
• Responsible for new product development from research stage through the developmental stage and into scale up to commercial activity. 
• Organize and conduct pilot line trials onsite and offsite. 
• Organize and conduct production line trials in conjunction with other Engineers. 
• Report to the New Product Business Team as required. 
• Perform all other duties assigned 
Requirements:Must have a minimum of a BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Materials, Polymers or other related Engineering discipline with at least 5 years experience in dealing with materials, polymers, plastics, and manufacturing processes. Candidates with a Master's degree must have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
