• Develop concepts and designs for marketing/communications and branding projects
• Work closely with Creative Director to ensure creative is on target, schedule and budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Art direct, and inspire the internal and external teams
• Design for online and offline

Desired Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a creative agency
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and versatility
• Clear oral and verbal communication skills
• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Work well under pressure
• Experience meeting multiple deadlines
• Ability to work independently and with staff & clients in an overall team environment
