REQUIREMENTS:

• Enforces and monitors all food safety and company safety policies and practices
• Develops strategies for optimization of operational processes 
• Meets quality, yield and product specification standards
• Collaborates with supervisors to achieve desired results
• Experience with grass fed or natural beef required
• Ability to coach, and desire to maintain maximum results in the areas of Safety, Quality, Yields, Food Safety, Efficiencies
• Knowledge of all applicable USDA, OSHA, and Environmental standards and laws 
• Advanced computer skills (ETIME, Microsoft Office, and related inventory production systems)
• Adaptable to change
• Motivated, with excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to function in a fast paced environment with little direct supervision
• Ability to interact with other departments and to obtain the best business results (Maintenance, Technical Services, Sanitation, Accounting, and Human Resources
  QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years previous experience in Deboning Fabrication Operations Supervision 
• Working knowledge of Fabrication, such as processing and yield of deboning process along with grading
• Ability to bend, pull, lift, and carry weights greater then 50lbs
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Working knowledge of deboning fabrication within a beef facility
