Requirements include:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (experience in lieu of degree may be considered); CMRP designation a plus.
• Minimum 12 years of progressively more accountable maintenance and reliability experience; ideally within the paper industry (or similar experience in a highly automated process manufacturing environment with large-scale production in a commodity driven, low-cost business).
• Proven record of developing and implementing training and reliability programs and systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling, and personnel development.
• Ability to lead teams in a union environment; ability to work with various operating groups, motivating, inspiring and gaining commitment to achieve results.
• Must possess a keen business acumen, along with strong fiscal awareness and understanding, in particular relating to cost control / reduction, budgeting and capital expenditures.
• Experience with continuous improvement process and best practices.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deliver and enforce consistent messages at all levels.
