Project Coordinator

Job description

  • Monitors schedules and communicates with team to make sure deadlines are met and team know their scope and responsibilities; 
  • Works on the Overall Project Schedule and Provide status updates; 
  • Develops, Designs and Establishes reporting standards; 
  • Creates reports to track the progress of all the projects; 
  • Monitors and Reviews Budget Report; 
  • Develops communication Plan for the Project; 
  • Assists Project Manager / Programme Manager in collecting and documenting business requirements; 
  • Manages communication across the project team, i.e. change in Schedule or any other Key Project Updates; 
  • Attends project meetings and take meeting notes; 
  • Uses existing tools to track & monitor activities; 
  • Collaborates closely with the Project team; 
  • Full accurate and on time execution of standard Project Management processes.

Requirements

  • Must have experience with MS Office; 
  • Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills; 
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral); 
  • Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholders; 
  • Strong attention to detail; 
  • Motivated, reliable self-starter 
  • Team player with a positive attitude 
  • Any project management certification / training would be an advantage; 
  • Experience with tools like MS Projects / Smartsheet would be an advantage;
