Software Support Team Leader (Java/SQL)

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform 3rd level support for delivered systems,
  • incident management activities,
  • manage client stakeholders and team,
  • ensure day-to-day tasks are prioritized for the team, provide technical leadership to the team when needed,
  • knows how to drive incident management activities especially P1/P2 type of incidents,
  • strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to deliver high quality results in a fast paced environment are highly desired.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree, MBA degree would be an asset
  • Very good English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Minimum 5 years of total experience in Java/J2EE and Pl/SQL as a developer or a support specialist
  • Minimum 3 years of support experience,
  • Experience with Oracle ERP, Demantra, Oracle Transport Manager,
  • Experienced in enterprise technology or consumer technology industries,
  • Strong aptitude, ability, motivation
  • The ability to perform business and financial analysis or knowledge of systems used in these areas
  • Experience in working on a project
  • Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
  • Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
  • Should have team management and project delivery experience.
