Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering projects for high-tech companies related to functional strategies, operational improvement, system implementations or transformations of customer facing functions (Sales, Customer Care or Marketing) or back-office functions
• Performing the role of project manager or project/stream leader responsible for end-to-end delivery and interaction with clients
• Ensuring high quality and in time project delivery: work on small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients, independently handle project work stream with limited supervision
• Leading business development activities (building internal Accenture network to promote Capability Network service offering, preparation of proposals, presentations for the clients)
• Delivering internal Accenture projects related to the development of new markets or innovative client services in high-tech sector

Requirements:

• Master degree from top Universities, preferred postgradute, MBA
• 6+ years of experience, working on multiple consulting delivery projects with an international exposure
• Mandatory consulting, team management and project delivery experience
• Extensive knowledge of current trends and market developments at high-tech sector
• Consulting or functional experience in one or more of the areas like:
  • Project/Program Management including set-up and running Project Management Office
  • Change Management including complex stakeholder management
  • Process analysis, design and improvement (Six Sigma certificate would be an asset)
  • Sales and Customer Care operations transformation (multichannel)
  • Business analysis of functional/process requirements related to system implementation
  • CRM/Sales force automation transformation
  • Cost reduction;
  • Product and services innovation;
  • Mobility transformation;
  • Business case/business plan development (top line and costs);
• Knowledge of leading CRM/Sales force automation/ERP systems will be an asset;
• Should have team management and project delivery experience
• Should express strong business development experience and abilities
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required
• Good levelof the EU foreign languagee.g. German,Italian, French, Spanish would be strong asset
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
