Job description

• Responsible for daily support of Delivery Team in terms of consumer finance products offered by the Client on the French market.
• Acting as an industry expert in terms of consumer finance (loans and leasing) area
• Supporting the Team in terms of product and process knowledge
• Acting as a Team Leader’s backup
• Training and supervision of junior team members
• Being the first line of contact for operations
• Participating in operational meetings
• Identifying changes and improvements to be implemented

Requirements

• Knowledge of retail financing - personal loans, leasing
• Seniority in Finance/Banking sector
• Experience in process/project/change management
• Knowledge of French language - B1 level (will be an asset)
• Very good English command
• Knowledge of Cassiopae system (will be an asset)
• Openness to change & knowledge sharing intention
• Customer service skills
• Attention to details
• Professional attitude
