Responsibilities

• Communicate closely with product owners to constantly improve the Home24 customer experience
• Take ownership for the products you build in order to support the business needs
• Participate in design and architectural decisions as well as in code reviews
• Build efficient, performant and reusable software on a high quality level
• Identify and prototype and evaluate best practices for Software Engineering
• Work with agile methodologies in a modern, focused and inspiring environment

Requirements

• Expert knowledge in Go, solid knowledge in databases and scripting languages
• Your code is object-oriented, well structured and you put a lot of value on code readability and testability of your work
• Knowledge about web services (REST/SOAP)
• Knowledge about concurrent computing
• Experience with agile development
• Problem solving mindset - we don’t want you to close tickets, we want you to solve problems and find solutions
• Passion for performance debugging and benchmarking, software patterns,domain-driven design, object-oriented design, continuous integration and delivery, Service-Oriented Architecture
• 3+ years of experience building web applications
