This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a safety first culture
- Minimize material waste
- Encourages sharing of best practices within the team; breaks down barriers to team work, resolves conflict effectively
- Embraces and effectively coaches others on the importance of change and understands the positive role it plays in achieving business goals
- Oversee sanitation functions
- Review production schedules to keep all production lines running to meet customer needs
- Harbor the proper attitude toward health and safety through demonstrated behavior, active involvement in Safety Committee initiatives, and as an emergency first responder team member
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School/ GED
- 2-5 years in a food manufacturing environment
- Previous supervision experience
- Able to work 6AM-6PM Shift
