The  Retail Sales Associate Lead position is a dedicated, friendly, go getter responsible for customer service and sales in their assigned accounts. This position will provide leadership in the areas surrounding clienteling, compliance, driving revenue, merchandizing, and data capture. You will also work to meet daily and monthly productivity goals by setting an example and training other associates in the product lines and seasonal offerings. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and works well independently as well as in a team.
 
Responsibilities:

• Meet client and company objectives in terms of sales goals and customer satisfaction
• Set the pace daily, identify weak points in the sales process and proactively find
• Increase sales volume through promotional activities and continuous improvements via a feedback loop with senior
• Maintain compliance standards and accountability by ensuring proper documentation of al customer
• This position will be considered for senior management in the first year

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications of Retail Sales Associate Lead:

• 1-2 years experience in retail, customer service or related
• Willing to work in and promote a team oriented
• Must have strong leadership
• Strong communication, interpersonal and motivational abilities
• Must be results driven and flexible to change
