Hotel Assistant General Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION


This position will grow into the General Manager.
 
Duties:


  • Manage all overall operations
  • Needs to interact with guests to ensure great service
  • Oversee guest services, F&B, Spa, and Fitness
  • Act as a Liason between property management company and hotel
  • Manage complaints/issues


 
 
Requirements:


  • 7 years of hospitality/hotel industry experience.
  • Experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel with either spa or food and beverage experience.
  • Available to work long hours/ weekends/holidays
  • Experience with Room master and Opera software
  • Bilingual a plus, but not required
