Specific qualifications for the Restaurant Manager position include:
- High school diploma or GED;
- Minimum 1-5 years of quick-service restaurant management experience
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Steady and consistent work history
- Strong P&L skills
- Exceptional analytic, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to train and motivate a cohesive team
- Solid organizational, time-management and planning skills
- Familiarity with back-of-house equipment
- Familiarity with cash register/Point Of Sale system
- Basic computer proficiency
- Casual dining or concession stand management experience, a plus
