Specific qualifications for the Restaurant Manager position include: 
 

 

  • High school diploma or GED;
  • Minimum 1-5 years of quick-service restaurant management experience
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Steady and consistent work history
  • Strong P&L skills
  • Exceptional analytic, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to train and motivate a cohesive team
  • Solid organizational, time-management and planning skills
  • Familiarity with back-of-house equipment
  • Familiarity with cash register/Point Of Sale system
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Casual dining or concession stand management experience, a plus
