The IT Helpdesk Technician is responsible for ensure all the contact center activity, providing technical support to internal clients and also assisting on the implementation of new projects.
Requirements
Technical academic background in the IT field;
Previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar position;
Fluency in English, written and spoken (minimum B2);
Team player;
Availability to work between 07:00 – 22:00;
Availability to work on the weekends.
