Established southern California healthcare construction management firm with an excellent client base and entrepreneurial career opportunities is seeking a highly organized and skilled assistant project manager with no less than two years CM experience on OSHPD projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
This full time position requires a Bachelor’s degree with professional licensure a plus. Assistant project manager must be able to function comfortably with new and existing clients, work productively in a team environment, interface successfully with jurisdictional agencies and administer construction in process. Candidate’s experience should range through all aspects of design and construction. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD/Revit. Must be a legal permanent resident of the United States. Superior oral and written communication skills are required. All inquiries are confidential.
