The role is:
- Receiving the call from the client (Over the phone / email).
- Log the Calls to the ERP system/Sales Force etc.
- Assign the task to the Support Engineer.
- Following up with both of the client & support engineer on the status of the reported issue.
- Update the Calls.
- Do the same with the company internal calls.
Requirements
- 2-3 years Customer Support/care experience
- Bilingual, with excellent communication and articulation skills in Arabic and English
- Should have completed Graduate/University/Bachelors
- Ability to understand client/customer grievance and transfer the issue to the support engineer
- Good listener
- Patient and soft spoken.
