Accounts Payable Administrator

Review and processing of vendor invoices and employee expense reports in line with corporate internal control procedures. Provide monthly accruals spread sheet to management accountant / Business Analysts during month ends

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure accounts payable transactions are in accordance with the company's internal control procedures
Ensure timely booking and payment of vendor invoices
Review and reconcile vendor statement of accounts regularly
Provide details of accruals to Management Accountant on month ends
Review and validation of employee expense reports accordingly to business expense claim policy

Requirements

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND KEY BEHAVIORAL FACTORS
3 to 5 years experience in accounts payable with medium to large size company
Technically very stong in accounting (accounting certification preferred but not necessary)
Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate with as well as support effective partnerships with
peers and operations.
Ability to apply deductive reasoning and draw conclusions to solve problems
Organizational and time management skills, including ability to prioritize tasks
Discretion when dealing with confidential information
Ability to work under pressure
Portrays high level of confidence. Good presentation skills
Professional and ethical.

12 - 14,000 AED + benefits
