Job role:

 

Primarily we are looking for a candidate who has the passion, charisma and personality to engage with guests and an expert in mixology.

 

 

Key requirements:

 

• Outstanding knowledge of cocktails and spirits
• Understands cocktail trends
• Strong knowledge of wines and beers
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity in a reputable cocktail bar
• Strong interpersonal skills

 

Key functions:

 

• Responsible for development and implementation of cocktail menus hotel-wide
• Knowledge and functional training for all staff
• Driving cocktail sales through upselling and training
• Building rapport with all guests and developing strong return customer base
• Driving guest engagement through interaction with the guests
