Position Description:

One &Only Reethi Rah opens opportunity for  Wine Sommelier  to join our team. In this entry level position, you will be required to assist the Chief Sommelier and Assistant Chief Sommelier with wine service in all the Food and Beverage outlets in the resort while ensuring the highest level of personalised and sufficient service. In addition, you will also be required to help organise and check wine deliveries, ensure the correct mise - en place for service.

We offer attractive salary in USD, sharing accommodation, meals, annual flight ticket to home and 30 days paid annual leave.

Position Requirements::

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

-Previous experience in a 5 Star resort

-Good wine knowledge and understanding of wine service

-Qualification or courses completed in related field

-Excellent spoken and written English

-Passionate and committed

-Flexible and able to work long hours
