Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager, the primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the beverage and wine service to provide the highest standard of service possible. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up the bar, ensuring all requisitions are processed, update the wine list, set up the beverage training for the team, communicate politely and display courtesy to guests and create an ultimate relationship with our regular guests.

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

• High level of passion, enthusiasm and drive for results
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Team player and ability to work under pressure
• Ambitious and eager to learn and grow
• Minimum one year experience in a fine dining restaurant in a 5* luxury hotel in a similar role
