The Human Resource Recruiter is responsible for all administrative aspects of the recruiting and on-boarding function with technical writing skills for developing processes, forms and training documents.
Responsible for recruitment and interview process of personnel as well as coordinating the use of interns and temporary employees.
- Assist with job applicant background searches and other pre-employment proceedings.
- Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies.
- Conduct new employee orientations.
- Assist in conducting benefits enrollment. Maintain various HR spreadsheets.
- Develop technical training documents that contain detailed processes for various production functions. Aid in the creating of job descriptions.
- Maintains compliance with country legal requirements concerning employment.
- Explain company policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
- Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities.
Requirements

6 years.
