Job Details:

• Personal Assistant to the CEO is required for a perfume manufacturing company based in Jebel Ali - Dubai, should support CEO to manage workload and activities, Diary & travel management, including arranging and coordinating meetings, Prepare reports and correspondence, 
• Process mail, screen calls and answer enquiries, Maintain confidential files and documents, Liaise with key customers & develop current major accounts, Assist with the coordination of special projects, Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes. 
• Should be flexible to go and meet customers with the CEO in UAE, rarely travelling overseas. 
• Driving License is Beneficial.
• Indian Female Only.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, written English must be a key strength.
• To be able to work to strict deadlines
• Strong inter-personal skills required
• Ability to work under pressure
• Maintain absolute confidentiality at all times 
• Basic book keeping will be an advantage
• Substantial experience in MS Office suite
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX will be an advantage
