Position Requirements:
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ International experience as an Executive Sous Chef within a 5* luxury property across Europe and Asia.
- Must have a good knowledge and understanding of Western and Asian cuisines.
- Must be ‘hands on’ and able to practice and demonstrate excellent technical kitchen skills.
- Fluent in English and should have excellent communication skills.
- Excellent leadership skills, Proactive, positive attitude to work and demonstrate flexibility.
- Intermediate HACCP certified
- Intermediate Computer Skills
