A market leading Fresh Produce company operating across the Gulf region is seeking a Regional QA manager for their headquarters in Dubai.

Role and responsibilities:
- Managed and support all Quality Assurance operations in MENA region. 
- Develop and implement product related standard specifications 
- Revise and maintain procedure manual and corporate policies in the area of food safety. 
- Maintain continuous education in the subject of food safety. 
- Maintain and improve the food safety auditing program for DCs, packing houses, and processing facilities and to audit MENA facilities for compliance to food safety standards.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must possess a relevant degree (MSc or PhD preferred) with 8 years experience in a similar role. You must have a first rate knowledge of the Quality environment (Food) in the GCC (rules & regulations) and experience of dealing directly with customers and government officials.

Must be fluent in English with Arabic being beneficial but not essential.
