As a Spa Manager at this exceptional establishment, you will need to be: -

•Previous Therapy / Industry experience 
•Previous Management experience
•Ideally managed a large Spa or had Multi Site experience 
•Sense of ownership
•Strong Leadership Skills 
•MUST have good business acumen with strong knowledge of P&L, KPI’s 
•Can take the Spa to the next level 
•Motivate a Team & can motivate yourself 
•Link selling departments
•Friendly and a team player
•A logical, organised and fair staff manager, someone who your staff will aspire to and totally respect.
