 You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who can initiate, drive and execute all Hotel’s painting and polishing work that will keep hotel properties appearance as per our standards.

With a direct reporting line to the Maintenance Engineer/Chief Engineer , the role will be in charge to repairs and painting of all surface walls, floors, facades, ceilings and equipment both indoor and outdoor with either enamel or emulsion paint as required to match existing finish, varnishing of items such as doors, window, timber, panels, and furniture. Responsible for preparation of all surfaces prior to painting or varnishing. Carries out spray painting of equipment, furniture or related surfaces as required. Ensure that the plant room, Workshop and related areas are kept in a clean and tidy condition. Attends to all types of repair and maintenance work in the hotel premises including any new additional/ extensions to the hotel or any other properties maintained by the hotel. Complies with hotel’s health, safety & hygiene policy. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.Ideally, you will have 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 stars hotel.You need to be result driven and highly passionate about your job with a great level of creativity.

Good communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues and guests.
