He/she has to have at least 2 years experience in the same role, strong ability to communicate in a multicultural environment, previous hotel related experience is advantage; good command of English.
He /she has to be able to work as part of a team, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions, establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and clients/vendors, identify and delegate tasks effectively, has to have excellent organizational and time management skills, applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times, works in a safe, prudent and organized manner.
