Successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5 star hotel. Successful candidate will assist in leading and managing a Stand-Alone upscale restaurant.

Successful candidate must demonstrate the following competencies:

• Communicates fluently in English, Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
• Has advance knowledge in system operations such as Micros, Oasys, FBM and Opera.
• Has the ability to work well under pressure, exceptionally guest oriented
• Has a genuine concern for quality and impeccable grooming at all times.
