Guest Service Hosts/Hostesses are skillful and enjoy interacting with guests while creating a zesty atmosphere in Resort. They are lively, skillful have great knowledge of guest care and of the Resort. They are ambassadors of the Resort, and play a vital role in creating an exciting, relaxing, eventful and memorable vacation for guests from all age groups, each and every time.

An ideal candidate will have the following key criteria:

• An outgoing, energetic, cheerful and positive personality.
• Fluent in English and Hindi languages.
• Good understanding of front office operations, is hands-on and a team player.
• Good inter-personal skills, enjoys interacting with guests, attending to their needs and well-being.
• Good knowledge of Front Office systems - Opera, Ms Office and Online databases.
• 1-2 years working experience in a similar role, and from a luxury Resort environment.
• Physically fit, well-groomed and energetic.
