Qualifications 

 

  • Monitors adherence to all liquor control policies and procedures.

  • Understands beverage control including days on hand, perpetual inventory, bar pars, portion control, costs controls, beverage potentials, mix of sales analysis for beverage.

  • Maintains standards for bartender and cocktail service.
