Job Description
1. Basic Function:
Ensures that all systems running within the hotel are maintained to a level that delivers the most efficient service for our customers and that they are in compliance with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Standards of operation and To provide support to the users of Information Systems.
2. Major Duties And Responsibilities:
Be at all times an ambassador of the Starwood philosophy of friendliness in order to establish a professional contact of yourself and all employees of the departments with all our guests.
This position is responsible to the IT Compliance Manager for the hotel and fulfills the requirement for the daily support of users of management Information Systems.

3. Key Result Areas

Support the Information Systems function within the Hotel using appropriate systems management procedures and practices to ensure the optimal operating effectiveness and integrity of data
Fulfill 7 * 24 Hour on call duties as required.

-Perform hardware and software maintenance duties
-Troubleshoot and correct hardware/ software computer and network problems
-Ensure all daily tasks including backups complete successfully
-Offer technical support of Hotel system
-Relevant educational background
-Reliable backup of hotel data and systems are maintained and properly secured.
Requirements
Must have thorough Windows/MS Office knowledge.
-Must have thorough knowledge of PC hardware and software
-Knowledge of networking, hard- & software
-Must be a team player who can work successfully with other departments
Education Relevant educational background (Bsc. Computer Science, MIS, ITS, CE)
Experience Fresh Graduate or 1 year experience
