Job Description
Managing a small team 5 including an Assistant Manager and three Coordinators the Complex Purchasing Manager needs to be able to keep all the stakeholders in the Complex satisfied whilst leveraging the pricing.
The ideal candidate will be able to ensure that the Complex reduces the amount of suppliers and has more control over where we purchase products from whilst not compromising on the quality. The person will have extensive experience in procurement ideally in a large high volume environment. Winning stakeholders over and delivering to tight deadlines is a must. Middle East experience is desirable but not essential. Someone that is driven and a self-starter, ahead of the game would be ideal for this role.
Requirements
- Ideally in a similar role in a busy complex ideally if not a single busy property
- Fantastic communication skills
- Driven - a go getter!
- Able to manage a small team
- Can think out of the box and be creative
- Knowledgeable about procurement systems
- Keep all stakeholders satisfied that their business is being taken care of
