Job Description:
The IT Support Agent is responsible for all system installations and upgrades in the hotel, and provides support to all users/guests in a timely manner. He/she is organized and is able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualification Standards:
Education: Diploma/Degree in Information Technology. Ideally holds Bachelor or Masters Degree.
Experience: Needs to have a minimum of three years experience with network environments. Ideally has a minimum of two years experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in the Middle East
Licenses or Certificates: Ideally holds either CCNP or MCSE certifications
Grooming: All colleagues must maintain a neat, and well groomed appearance (specific standards will be provided)
